Travelling to Tuvalu to make a documentary and working with electrophysiological equipment to measure the film’s emotional impact for my graduation project was already a unique experience. Being recognised and appreciated on an international level gives me a real boost of confidence. I’m grateful to everyone who supported me, and it was a privilege to raise awareness about this research approach as well as Tuvalu and its rising sea levels.

Creativity was always something that frightened me. It’s often defined as being both useful and original, and for a long time i wasn’t sure if I could be either. When AI began reshaping creativity, I wanted to challenge the potential of its use in marketing, and I’m so glad I did. This journey pushed me more than I ever expected, and I owe so much to my supervisor who helped me think deeper, aim higher and trust my own creative ideas. Thank you so much to the Edcom Graduation Competition for recognising my work. Placing third means a lot to me and I really hope it encourages others to take part, take creative risks and explore new technologies like AI with curiosity rather than fear.
