Micky Denehy is the founding principal of the EACA Academy and Principal of the EACA International Summer School and has 30 years of experience in the advertising industry. Micky’s aim is to help raise professional standards across the communications industry and developing the skills and talents of its practitioners. Micky is also a Partner at Oystercatchers and is responsible for running all Oystercatchers’ Marketing Excellence Training programmes.

Early 2018 Louisa was appointed to Managing Director of the Austrian Society for Advertising Self Regulation, prior to her engagement she had been a member of the judging committee over 10 years. Louisa started her marketing career at Nestlé before she entered the advertising industry more than 25 years ago. Louisa worked at Ogilvy & MatherPKP_BBDO, FCB as Client Service Director for national and international clients (Beiersdorf, Samsung, Unilever, XEROX, responsible for award-winning NGO-campaigns for AIDS and drug addiction). As Managing Director for the NGO Austrian Dialog Marketing Association DMVÖ and as MINOPOLIS CMO, Europe´s first kids city in the edutainment and franchise industry. In 2014 she founded her agency PERSONAL BRANDING and is passionate in supporting strong personalities with ideas and potential to become successful personal brands.
