Becoming second in the EdCom Graduation Competition means a lot to me. Competing at a European level and receiving this recognition feels incredibly meaningful. It feels like recognition not only of my research, but also of the passion and dedication I put into this topic. Employee engagement and internal communication are subjects I truly believe in, especially within complex healthcare collaborations.
This result confirms for me that communication can make a real difference in organizations and in the experiences of employees. It motivates me to continue developing myself within the field of strategic communication and to keep working on themes such as connection, identity and engagement.
Most of all, this achievement makes me proud and grateful,
for the opportunity to share my research, for the valuable feedback I received, and for everyone who supported me along the way.
