The Hague University of Applied Sciences has more than 25,000 students and 1,800 staff members who come from over 145 different countries. THUAS offers 47 fulltime Bachelor’s programmes and 7 master’s programmes. After ten years of work experience in the field of Marketing and MarCom, Dr. Inge Barkmeijer has been lecturing at The Hague University. She is often found at conferences where topics like neuromarketing, branding, social media marketing, creative thinking, and, lately, AI are discussed. This allows her to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments, which she then shares with her students. Inge is dedicated to helping students develop into young marketing professionals who can confidently navigate change.

Graduated in Business with a major in marketing at ICHEC, Barbara accumulated over 22 years of experience in the world of advertising and media. She began her career at IP Belgium (RTL Group), spent 3 years in London in the audit & consultancy Fairbrother Lenz Eley home, then spent 12 years in international media planning at Havas & Mediabrands (IPG Group). She joined MediaSchool Group in 2012 to lead ECS Brussels as well as the new digital school, #SupDeWeb launched back in 2015.
