Arnoud Versluis and Kirstie Riedl elected as edcom Presidents 2024-2028
The European Institute for Commercial Communications Education (edcom) and the European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA) are delighted to announce the winner of the 16th annual advertising student competition, Ad Venture, in collaboration with Lipton Pepsico and Cannes Lions. The team the 04 from Sup de Pub, Paris, scooped the first place with their campaign ‘The City Cooler’.
April edcom Members’ Meeting | Summary
On 15 & 16 May, edcom members met at Sup de Pub in Paris for their annual Spring meeting to discuss the industry’s burning topics, share what’s happening at their home universities, network and exchange ideas.

The edcom network and the European Association of Communications Agencies – EACA, with the support of the World Advertising Research Center (WARC), have released “The advertising industry: should I stay or should I go?” White Paper. The initiative is based on the results of the surveys with the same name, aimed at final-year marketing communications students and industry recruiters.
The Winners of the edcom Graduation Competition 22/23
We are glad to present this year’s winners of the edcom Graduation Competition, Jessie and Rebecca, that with their outstanding thesis were awarded first place, respectively in the Bachelor and Master category. Thanks to their effort, both will receive a cash prize of 400 euros.
